LET’S GET INTENTIONAL!Hey Eau Claire! We’re inviting you to our day of Healing and Wellness, where you can slow down and get intentional with an amazing group of small local businesses. Picture this: a mobile homeopathic hot house sauna experience with No Boundaries Saunas and restorative yoga sessions with EAUM Yoga, and a selection of delicious tea, coffees, and infused waters from The Lakely, all held at The Oxbow Hotel!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION Your ticket purchase includes a 45 minute yoga class followed by a 30 minute sauna session in a custom, wood fired sauna followed by assorted refreshments and small bites in The Lakely.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRINGTowels: You must bring/supply your own towels for use before, during and after your sauna.
Sauna attire: Swimsuit is required to be worn by all users. Additionally, clothing should be clean, light and comfortable; workout clothes or swimwear suffice. No metal buttons or buckles.
Changing Room will be available at The Oxbow Hotel for pre and post sauna use.
