Join us in July for a dinner that celebrates and showcases some of the best ingredients indigenous to the Midwest, gathered by local foragers and farmers. Chef Eric Mendoza and his team will curate a special six-course dinner highlighting these ingredients, taking you, taste by taste, through an experience that is inherently, here.
