LIVE MUSIC: Fletcher Myhre Jazz Trio

Fletcher Myhre is currently a third year Music Education major at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where he studies percussion under Dr. Jeffrey Crowell. Within the University, Fletcher performs as a part of the Grammy Nominated Jazz Ensemble I, Wind Symphony, Symphony Orchestra, Percussion Ensemble, and numerous jazz combos. While at UWEC he has also had the privilege to direct Jazz Ensemble IV. Along with his involvement within the University, Fletcher is an active gigging musician, playing around Eau Claire with groups like the Chippewa Valley Symphony Orchestra and Chippewa Valley Jazz Orchestra, and also plays in the Twin Cities. Additionally, he teaches drum lessons locally at Morgan Music. Outside of music, he enjoys spending time outside, visiting local thrift stores, bouldering, and reading.
