PRE-PROHIBITION FALL COCKTAIL CLASS

Join us on Wednesday, October 25th at 7pm for a lesson on Pre-Prohibition cocktails in our Gallery.
The Lakely’s expert craft mixologists will share their best tips, tricks, and ingredients – as well as demonstrations – for how to craft two signature cocktails: the Fall Old Fashioned and Autumn Last Word.
Fall Old Fashioned:
One of the oldest original cocktails, consisting of bourbon, bitters and sugar. We kick it up with pumpkin and maple flavors to make it perfect for fall.
Autumn Last Word:
A popular pre-prohibition era drink that almost disappeared from history, but has made a massive comeback to the most recent cocktail revival. A drink that usually consists of Gin, Green Chartreuse, Luxardo Liqueur and Lime Juice, we’ve altered a few ingredients and added notes of vanilla and cinnamon to make it more seasonal.
Tickets for this experience are $35 per person and include all materials, and participants will enjoy learning from some of Eau Claire’s best bartenders, around a community of cocktail enthusiasts.
Must be 21+ age.
