KEEPING YOU SAFE during the pandemic, and always
We understand that the decision to travel, and to stay in a hotel, can come with some concerns for safety in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. While you’re here, we want to make absolutely sure that you feel secure and confident in our commitment to the cleanliness, safety and well-being of our guests, and our team. To be blunt, when it comes to ensuring fresh, clean rooms and spaces, we don’t mess around. That said, a number of our in-room and boutique amenities have been modified in an effort to practice elevated cleaning protocols.

THE DETAILS to note about your stay
- Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- If you’d prefer to go “contactless” when checking out, simply dial the Front Desk from your room and let us know you’re heading out, and we’ll email you a copy of your receipt, easy peasy!
- Complimentary Wonderstate Oxbow Blend coffee and Rishi tea are available in the lobby from 6am-12pm.
- If you’re staying more than one night (and we certainly hope you are, there’s so much to see and do in Eau Claire!) please review some notable changes to our housekeeping procedures during the pandemic, below.
- Our onsite farm-to-fork restaurant and craft bar, The Lakely, is available for dine-in experiences – explore hours and more below.

HOUSEKEEPING keepin’ it fresh
For the safety of our guests and team, housekeeping stay-over service has been discontinued – this means that we will not enter your room for any cleaning or restocking during your stay. This decision protects our guests with a virtually no-contact stay — and, it’s also good for the environment, as it reduces energy, water and detergent waste water that must be recycled within our community. Your boutique hotel room is well-stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and toilet paper. Luxurious shampoo, conditioner and body wash are located in your shower. If you would like to request additional towels or toiletries, please give our Front Desk a ring by dialing “0” on your in-room phone, and we will gladly bring you whatever you need.
THE LAKELY restaurant + bar + venue
Join us for a meal of locally-sourced dinner from our one-of-a-kind menu, featuring a plethora of midwest-modern comfort dishes. Our mixologists can craft you up a tasty cocktail unlike those anywhere. From the stage, national caliber musicians play frequently, and you never know who might be up there doing what they do best. Got the munchies? Looking to throw back a couple of drinks? We got you, and we got the goods! VINYL LIBRARY borrow some records and spin some tunes
Spinning records from our Vinyl Library is a favorite past time of many of our guests. Our library is open and available for you to check out up to three records at a time to bring back to your room. If you’d like to check some vinyl out, just stop in at the lobby to peruse our selection – we have folk, jazz, indie, blues and more! You’ll be on your way to a mini-concert, right in your room. We kindly request that all records that you check out are returned to us at the Front Desk… missing records are subject to a $40 replacement fee.
NO SMOKING for real, yo
If you choose to smoke, please do so away from other guests, even outside. And we’re begging you; no smoking in your room. It’s stinky and we can’t rent your room after you leave, which means we have to charge you a hefty price just to get it clean. Thanks!
